Your Role
Reporting to the Director of Client Services, the Community Coordinator provides operational leadership and support to Client Services teams across Nunavik. The role focuses on standardizing practices, supporting Housing Managers, and ensuring the effective delivery of services within the communities.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support, training, and coaching to Housing Managers and Assistant Housing Managers across Nunavik
- Standardize and support housing practices, including applications, lease management, and tenant services
- Supervise Housing Managers, including attendance and approval of timesheets and leave requests
- Collaborate with local teams and support community visits and outreach activities
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners
- Ensure proper management of administrative processes and documentation
- Prepare reports and contribute to planning and operational priorities
- Participate in Client Services management meetings
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Required Profile
- Secondary V diploma or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in two or three languages; Inuktitut, English and/or French
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Willingness to travel frequently

Salary and Benefits
This position offers a competitive hourly base salary ranging from $35.82 to $47.43, depending on experience. Employees are eligible for an annual travel allowance of $13,719.30, an annual costof-living differential (CLD) of $11,881.08, and a food cargo allowance of $4,005.42 per year, in accordance with current policies and eligibility criteria.
The position also includes 25 vacation days, 16 statutory holidays, and 12 sick days per year, with the option to accumulate a bank of 70 hours (10 days). Group insurance and a pension plan with a 7% employer RRSP contribution are also offered.
