You will collaborate with the Assistant Director,Client Services to enhance our community’s social housing experience. You’ll manage applications, leases, rebate eligibility, and work orders while providing essential support and information to tenants. Your role will help create a welcoming environment where every resident feels valued by providing information, support and answers to the needs of tenants related to their house.
NHB offers a competitive salary, northern benefits, and attractive working conditions. The salary for this position ranges from $32.12 to $42.00 per hour, depending on the evaluation of related experience.
Northern benefits include a cost-of-living allowance, food allowance, and annual leave trip (ALT). In addition, NHB provides a pension plan with employer contributions and group insurance.
